From beginners to seasoned practitioners, everyone is welcome to participate in this friendly Vinyasa yoga class in MMoCA’s Main Galleries. An instructor will lead you through a gentle and reflective hour-long class. Participants are expected to bring a yoga mat, comfortable clothes to move in, and an open heart. Space is limited for this free class. Advanced registration is required.
